EDC Sub-Committees:
Technology Infrastructure Committee (TIC): 
Established in 1999, the goals of the TIC are to stimulate economic development and stimulate the desirability to live, work, and play in Findlay•Hancock County through the use of technology and telecommunications.

Manufacturing
Works to identify the needs and wants of both existing and future manufacturing organizations within Hancock County. Focuses on targeted recruitment within this industry.

Agriculture
Identifies potential value-added agriculture-based businesses
for movement into Hancock County, works with current industry members to ensure expansion and retention needs are met.

International
Focuses on the recruitment, retention and special needs of Findlay•Hancock County's international business community.


Business Services
Efforts focused on expanding and creating new business services for both existing organizations, and those targeted for recruitment. 

Retail
Develop and research a plan of action and work on recruitment for new and existing retail space and partners.

Marketing      
Identify and create a range of marketing, public relations and promotional collateral to advance the image of the community, the interests of Findlay•Hancock County Alliance and collaborations between existing organizations that yield a specific and identifiable benefit to the community's development efforts.
